We have a small business and depend on our computer to work at top speed every day. Bruce Cramer has always responded quickly and worked out every issue we have had, and gone above and beyond the call of duty. His prices are reasonable, he is professional and he listens respectfully. My computer has presented some odd problems but he has worked through them all.

When I had a problem with my ten year old Apple computer I could not find any apple tech who could visit my house and do the needful. Only a few could deal with apple computers in San Antonio. Mr. Bruce Cramer was very helpful and he came within a couple of hours and solved my problem and being a Senior Citizen he gave me a discount. In addition he told me the required steps to solve my problem if it happens again so that I do not have to keep spending money.
I do not think any other computer tech will be so kind and helpful. For the last three years although I had the same problems coming up often I knew how to deal with it as Mr. Bruce Cramer told me what to do. So I have been saving a lot of money by not calling a computer tech. Thanks a lot Bruce.
